- October 2020 Board Approved following decision –
- Masjid Capacity Full Condition in Jummah Prayers: It was discussed and decided that once the masjid is full with COVID-19 capacity during Friday Jummah Prayers, than the main doors will be closed along with “Masjid Full Sign” to be shown on the door. The respective musallees will be informed that Masjid is full and will be advised to come in the next Jummah prayer (for 1st and 2nd prayers). AMDA person will not express explicitly any permission that allows them anyone to pray outside of the AMDA Masjid.
- Praying outdoor at Masjid capacity full condition during Friday Jummuah prayers per CDC guideline (6 feet apart, Mask etc.) – Sound issue for Imam’s call/Muktadir
- Improving video stream quality of Friday khutbah. Our current video settings (frame, light, camera) could be improved. Imam Munawar also expressed the issue and would appreciate it if we take action to improve the quality. – Br Anam

4. October 2020 Board approved to start this new program “Stories of the Shahaba”. Br. Anam agreed to volunteer as Host of this program. 11:45AM – 11:50AM
- Schedule Issue – Stories of Sahaba by Br. Rumman. Br. Rumman would like to conduct the program audio-only, on a biweekly basis. His referred day is Thursday. If Thursday is not available he will do it on Wednesday. He has programs on other days. – Br. Anam
5. AMDA Sponsored upcoming book “Muslim Friday Prayer: A Collection of 100 Khutbahs & Fiqh of Jumu’ah” authored by AMDA Imam Dr. Munawar as requested by the publisher 11:50AM -12:00PM
- Now Available to order in Amazon.com website for the paperback edition
- Each Board Member to pledge at least buy one copy
- Should AMDA buy 200- 250 copies of this book and send as gift to the doners in upcoming AMDA fundraising event
