Please find the meeting minutes from May 4th 2019 AMDA Board meeting.
Thanks to Brother Hafiz to lead the meeting and sending me minutes from oversees.

20:00 6.    RAMADAN Preparations: All  
  a) Email to community about Ramadan Prayers and events details Br. Moin, Br. Apel Email sent out on time
  b) Confirm volunteers list and send details activities email out to them Br. Ekram, Br. Ashraf, Br. Moin Email sent with responsibilities. Br. Moin cannot do on May 10th, requested Br. Ekram to conduct. Br. Hafiz will be out of town May 7-31 requesting someone to follow, Chairman will find his substitute
  c)     Volunteers for overall management & maintenance (e.g. water supply, mosque cleaning, security systems, any other)   Chairman will followup overall and request members supports as required
  d)     Announcing for fundraising to main focus areas of AMDA 2nd phase (Parking lot, extension of building as needed)   Announcements on every Ifter nights by Ifter managrs during ifter.
Also announce before Tarabiah prayers by a person requested by Chairman on  ifter dinner nights
  e)     Distribution of Fundraising slots to other organizations   Completed and informed
  f)     Iftar Sponsors fees & distribution policy   Published
  g)     Iftar Registration policy & management   Part of regular announcement
  h)      Any other Items to be discussed ??   1. Ramp, parking marks to be placed (Br. Asif and Ferdous are requested to lead)
2. MSF is allowed to do food drive. Br. Javid will send details to Chairman to communicate
15:00 7.    Fundraising Preparations: May 26th in Balcan Center All Separate meeting is requested. Chairman will set it up

  c)     Creating a presentation slides for main fundraising and for other days in AMDA

5:00 b)     Details on Roles & responsibility of Assistant Imam in line with AMDA requirements Br.Javid Khatri, Br. Ekram khan, Br. Noor, Br. Moin Committee provides feed back in next meeting
3:00 c)      Discuss with our Religion head, Imam Sk Munawar to arrange an Imam training class/session by a local Imam Training Institute. Br.Javid Khatri Br. Ekram , Br. Noor Approved

3:00 a)    Br. Azim requested –
 Fridays happen in special events such as Thanskgiving, Federal Holidays etc., our imam, Dr. Manwar is requested to conduct first Jumma salat. It requires to set Imam’s schedule accordingly

3:00 b)    Br. Azim: Events  display should be stopped during Qutba, Farad Prayers   Approved
3:00 c) Quran synopsis before Tarabeh prayer- 5 minutes (Imam Dr. Manwar)   Approved
3:00 d) When to talk mini fund raising, other org. person speak etc.   Not discussed?
I propose after magrib prayer for 15 minutes and before Tarabiah prayer for 2 minutes to remind majority of musslies
