Agenda:

  1. Approved the meeting minutes for November AMDA board meeting.
  2. Board authorized Mohammad Azim to represent the board and the community in matters related to processing the loan with UIC.
  3. Mr. Moudud Rahman updated the board with the financials of AMDA accounts.
  4. AMDA fund rising will be on February 28, 2015.
  5. Br. Ferdous Ghazi will be the new chairman of AMDA board starting January 1, 2015
  6. AMDA head of Religious Affair Imam Munwar Haque’s contract will be extended for 2015. A performance evaluation will be scheduled before the end January.
  7. The Roof Top Unit Screen will be installed by December 14,2014
  9. AMDA building security camera will be installed on December 15, 2014.
