1. Masjid Maintenance Plan ( Lawn, Snow removal, cleaning)
2. Masjid Security
3. Establish criteria to grant access to the new Masjid
4. Date of AMDA school move
5. Two Jumma past daylight savings time, re-timing the first Jumma
6. Starting the loan process with University Bank to pay back the Karze Hasana money to lenders.
7. Steps to promote our Masjid to increase attendance
8. Decision on Fund raising request at AMDA Masjid by the Bosnian Community who are purchasing a building at Shoenerr and 12 mile to convert it to a Masjid.
9. Decision to host CAIR and Muslim Legal Fund of America (MLFA) at AMDA
10. Permanent occupancy permit requirements.
Meeting Minutes
1. Approved of September board meeting minutes:
2. Br. Ghazi will get a few quotes for security and provide his feedback to the board. The interior cameras will be mounted by Br. Khatri, Br. Moin and Br. Ekram.
3. We will require a membership to get an access card for the Masjid. Ppl not willing to be a member need to fill the form even if not willing to pay the membership
4. November 9th is the target date for the AMDA school move. Br. Ferdous Ghazi will order the dividers. Br. Azim and helps from other members will purchase Chairs, tables and boards.
5. Possible two Jumah after day light savings time, 12.30PM and 2.00PM. Br. Azim will discuss with Imam Munwar for him to lead both prayers.
6. December Friday night event CAIR will be invited for legal rights presentation
7. Br. Azim will talk to Bosnian group for a fund raising during JUmma prayer in November
8. Need to have a maintenance committee, proposed name to lead is Br. Khatri with board contact being the current chairman.
