The following topics were discussed, proposals made and adopted by the members present.
- Send a letter to Br. Ahmed El-Fayoumi stating his disqualification to serve in the AMDA Board.
- Tax pre submission review- Br. Moin Asjad explained.
- Chairman of the board read out the “Settlement and Separation Agreement” letter sent to the Previous Imam.
- Discussed preparation for Lailatul- Qadr celebration.
- Decided to make membership drive on the day of Lailatul-Qadr night.
- Need to make announcement asking the kids not to stay outside after 11:00P.M.
