Joint Meeting – May 2012

Attendees are: Moin Asjad, Muhammad Azim, Sr. Rubab Huq, Moududur Rahman, Javid Khatri, Mujibus Khan, Mahiuddin Ahmed, Abu Ashraf (SC).
Attendance required for quorum: Eight.
Attending number of members: Seven.
The following topics were discussed and proposals made by the members present. Since meeting did not have a quorum, no decisions were made.
1) Br. Syed Haq proposed AMDA to participate in soup kitchen. It would cost AMDA approximately $500. Board requested Br. Syed Haq to send an e-mail to the Board.
2) AMDA should assign Khadim for the Jummah paryer as Br. Nurul Amin has been requesting for quite some time. It was proposed each board member to serve as khadim at least three times in a year. It was proposed that board members who are working far from AMDA location, they may serve as khadim during the holidays. Board decided to discuss further in the future.
3) Bidding for building construction delayed for three week.
