The following topics were discussed, proposals made and adopted by the members present.
1) Execution of decisions taken 04/24/2012 – Board of Trustee has mailed the letter via Express Mail (USPS)
2) Who will be the next Chairman of the Board – Br. Mahiuddin Ahmed volunteered to be the Chairman of the Board.
3) Message to AMDA Community – A message was drafted in the meeting which will be emailed to the community tonight.
4) Postponed Town Hall meeting until Friday, May 11 at 9:00pm
