Joint Meeting – June 2012 (held on June 3 due to AMDA Family Picnic)

The following topics were discussed, proposals made and adopted by the members present.
- Imam search subcommittee advertisement to be published in the newspaper
- Imam search subcommittee to search for Hafiz for Ramadan
- Change registered office address from 5530 Shale Dr, Troy, MI 48085 to 38810 Ryan Road, suite #206, Sterling Heights, MI 48310
- Jummah khatib remuneration for each prayer
- Partial payment done to Masjid acrhitect
- Cost reduction of Masjid was proposed (Prayer area remains same, 2800 sq-ft floor area excluded from first phase, Multi-purpose room size was reduced, foundation will be built to accomodate future 2nd floor expansion)
- Agenda for General body meeting on 6/17/2012
- Rent payment for one month for sister who requested for help. Board agreed to send her resume to AMDA e-mail distribution if she agrees to do so
- Br. Mustafa Tulba to raise fund in AMDA for Quranic institute prior to Ramadan. Jummah collection on that day to be disbursed to Quranic institute
