The following topics were discussed, proposals made and adopted by the members present.
- Subcommittee was formed to get quotation for CPA Audit of Finance
- Board of Trustees requested Borad of Representative to take over financial responsibility
- Subcommittee was formed to compile the lesson learned from recent events or any other events since formation of AMDA
- Subcommittee was formed to search for an Imam
- AMDA sponsored CAIR dinner table on March, 2012. The attending members acknowledged the fund was approved unanimously on March Board meeting
