1.August 13th fund raising invitation/contact update. – Br. Azim will send the contact list for call. Please make a sincere effort to make these call from youe assign list. Sister Marina is contacting with her group from Canton/Novi and her office area. Lead person for August 13th fund raising were decided.
2. Fund raising for AMDA thru local Masjid update.- We have not received any positive feedback.
3. Status of AMDA Masjid Plan.- Board members and Architect will meet in June to review drawings. Board members suggested revising some interior plan in that meeting.
4. AMDA academy registration/preparation for next year. (Qari Rumon addition as a teacher) – All Board members that were present in the meeting have decided to invite Qari Rumon as a Arabic teacher and compensate both Qari Rumon and Sister Safiyah starting next year.
5. Anwarul Islam request for fund raising during Ramadan. – Board decided to have two weekend available after August 13th for following Organizations; Diversified Educational Fund, Helping Hand, Hafiz Fakrul Islam’s school. Time limit is maximum 10 minutes.
6. Helping the new revert to Islam. – Br Nurul Amin and Imam Salie will take the lead to assist/Counsel the new convert,
